Eleanor Roosevelt believed her greatest accomplishment was the adoption at the United Nations of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in 1948. ERVK's mission includes human rights for all women, youth, minorities, the aged and the physically and mentally challenged. ERVK combats racism, promotes education and the arts, and responsible citizenship. Operating from Mrs. Roosevelt's Val-Kill home, the organization keeps her legacy alive by working to improve human rights through our Programs. Our organization is funded by donations from supporters, foundations and corporations. Please support our efforts -- we appreciate your generosity.
