Forging Public/Private Community Partnerships
 to build capacity to support a diverse workforce” 

                  Member Services 

·         Network opportunities at Eleanor Roosevelt’s Val-Kill Stone Cottage with other corporate Diversity Coalition members

  

·         Partnership with Schools & Businesses – A dynamic mentoring program where high school students work at a business for six months to one year; supervised by a job coach with paid stipends from program grants.

  

·         Diversity Training – Support and assistance in creating and strengthening your own corporate Diversity Program through workshops, informational packets, and descriptions of other company programs.  Learn ways to enhance your organization’s productivity and opportunity through diversity initiatives

          Higher Education Programs – Support a five-college collaboration to improve access to higher education for underrepresented groups to ensure a well-prepared work force.

 

 ·        Untapped Labor Force – An available employment pool of individuals with special employment needs

 

 ·        Diversity Education Committee – A resource information service to assist you in expanding and attracting greater diversity relative to your clients, customers, and employees.
